The details:

 

• Prior to your consultation you will be asked to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire and 7 day food and drink diary so that I can understand your child's symptoms and history, triggers and drivers.

• Their general health, diet, sleep, emotional health, movement and early years are appraised.

 

• During your initial 60-minute session (in person or online) I present and discuss a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, that can be integrated into family life, so that you are able to start implementing recommendations immediately. I will discuss what I propose is driving the symptoms.

 

• Functional testing* maybe suggested to get to the bottom of what's going on faster and work with a clearer path. Testing could include digestive function, heavy metal analysis, allergy and antibody profiles etc.

• Individualised Bach Flower remedies so that your child receives gentle support to aid overall emotional wellbeing and overcome any challenges they might be experiencing.

 

• Personalised supplementation* with appropriate therapeutic doses may be necessary so that we can address any nutrient deficiencies and optimise nutritional status.

 

• 11 weekly 20-minute online check-in sessions so that you are fully supported, to build on progress, analyse the food and drink diary, and summarise next steps.

 

• Access to your own private client portal and a downloadable app so that documents and protocols are housed together making working together streamlined and convenient. 

 

• Your last session at 12 weeks will allow us to reflect on progress and give you a clear path forward so that you can confidently continue to support your child's health.
